>Here's a quick energizing way to relax, refresh and rejuvenate your entire body- a relaxing foot soak. Soaks are a great way to relax the feet and thoroughly cleanse the feet. They help soothe tired, sore and achy feet. You choose to do a plain foot soak with just water and a vessel that can fit you feet up to mid-calf, or you can choose a herbal foot soak for the extra benefits of the selected herbs.
Here are to of my favorite herbal foot soak recipes:
Add 2-3 tablespoons of grated ginger or 2 oz. fresh ginger root grated per footbath, steep the herbs in 640zs of water for about 40 mins.
Add 2 ozs of mugwort to 64ozs water and steep for 40 mins. Then pour infusion into the larger vessel and fill with warm water up to your calf.
